Businesses wishing to set up operations at Technopôle Angus can now benefit from a new and highly competitive tax break scheme set up by the City of Montréal, called Programme Réussir @ Montréal (PR@M) industrie.

OVERVIEW

PR@M-Industrie allows companies from various industries that choose Technopôle Angus to enjoy a complete 5-year real estate tax break. All of the site’s buildings from Phase VIII onwards are offered with the PR@M advantage, including build-to-suit constructions.

ELIGIBLE INDUSTRIES

This tax break has been designed for the following industries:

  • Cinema/video production
  • Information technology
  • R&D
  • Call centers.

    • In addition, companies planning a headquarter on Technopôle Angus will qualify for the program.
